What can I record?
Beanory supports feeding (breast milk, formula, meals, and snacks), sleep, pee, poop, baths, moments, height, weight, head and chest circumference, temperature, medicine, vaccines, and other custom records.
Can I use Beanory without signing in?
Yes. You can create a baby profile and log on the device first. Sign in when you want account sync, family collaboration, or cross-device access.
How do I invite family members?
Create an invitation from “Me” or “Family Members” in the app, then share the invite code. Family members can sign in or register and enter the code to join the same household.
Where is my data stored?
Before sign-in, baby profiles and records stay on the current device first. When you sign in and enable sync, the data you choose to sync is stored in your household space for cross-device access and family sharing. See theprivacy policy.
Do photos use storage?
Yes. Photos are subject to the per-record and household storage limits of your current plan. Delete photos or upgrade your plan to add more after reaching a limit.
Why did I miss a reminder?
Reminders depend on iPhone notification permission and the reminder switches in the app. Check “Settings > Notifications > Beanory”, make sure a baby profile exists and a reminder time is saved, and check whether a Focus mode is filtering notifications.
How do I manage subscriptions or billing?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. Try “Restore Purchases” in the membership page, then check your Apple ID subscription settings. If the issue remains, email us with the Apple order information; never send your Apple ID password.
Can growth stats be used for medical decisions?
No. Stats and reports are for everyday tracking and family review. They do not replace a doctor’s diagnosis, medication, or feeding advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional with health questions.
